01 Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to the commencement of any production work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon your approval of the audio drafts. Production will be completed on or before the agreed supply date, provided the deposit and all necessary scripts/assets are received promptly. Initial review files may be supplied as watermarked MP3s. Your project includes one round of minor revisions. Further revisions requested will incur an additional fee dependent on the additional work necessary.

You have 7 days from the delivery of the draft audio to request revisions or approve the drafts. If no feedback is received within this period, the work will be deemed accepted and the remaining balance will be due.

A license to broadcast and use the final unwatermarked audio masters is granted to your station only once payment has been received in full. You represent and warrant that your station holds all necessary licenses (e.g., PRS, PPL, or local equivalents) required to broadcast any copyrighted music or audio elements featured in the final imaging. This includes permission to use station VO should that be provided by yourself.
